Bullet Proof installed a new furnace, heat pump and water heater for me and the service they provided was truly exceptional. When I initially called to ask if they could have a look at my broken furnace they had someone at my house in a matter of hours while every other HVAC firm I called told me it would be several days before they could get to me. Responding promptly and effectively to any calls I have made to them continued throughout the installation process. All of the staff I have dealt with; office staff, service men and installers have been polite, helpful, knowledgeable and overall a pleasure to deal with. Bullet Proof is clearly a company that puts customer service first. They did a great installation job at a fair price and I am totally confident if I have any problems with my system down the road they will be there for me.

Called on Civic Day Holiday and spoke to a knowledgeable Customer Service person who took time to understand the problems that I was having with my Google Nest Thermostat. The Technician was booked to come the next morning. Called me 20-minutes in advance as requested. He was promptly to the house and understood the problem and the history of what I had tried. Very quickly diagnosed the wiring issue and rectified it. Ensured that the system was working properly. Even asked if there was anything else that I needed attending to with my HVAC. Very happy with this service call.

We had a leak coming from the Supervent pipe. We have a tankless water heater. Bulut was very professional and came to our house at approximately 2:00 a.m. in the morning to turn the water off and was able to fix the leak! He was fast and efficient. We really appreciate it!
